It really depends on you. Most 6 year schools get lousy reviews from students who find it easier to blame a school for their poor academic performance. There is nothing easy about a 6 year program, and quite honestly, I don't think alot of people can easily transition from high school to a 6 year program. However, if you look at each traditional application cycle, there is only 1 seat to every 10 applicant if you go through the traditional route (thats a 90 percent failure rate, although a bit misleading because students apply to multiple schools). If you look at it from that perspective, all 6 year schools suddenly look more enticing. Believe it or not students who don't get in to the school of their choice sometimes accuse the pharmacy school of shady business practices...go figure (point is, there will always be someone complaining).
You should go with your gut feeling on whether or not which 6 year school is good for you, and look at the naplex pass rates and dropout rates. I wouldn't necessarily go on what other people say...for every complainer, there is someone who thinks that their school is the best school on the planet.
