To aPD Sir,
I recently got two US LORs, one from an attending Physician, and another from the Vice Chair. But,one of the LORs is sealed in an envelope and I have waived my right to see it.I can never know what is written in this LOR,but the other one by the Vice Chair reads like:
"and more importantly demonstrated an excellent ability to synthesise the facts of the cases and develop differential diagnoses.Although my time with --- was brief,he immediately made a memorable impression as a very bright Physician eager to be an active team player and learn."
So ,Sir,as a PD how much weight would you give to such an LOR?
And, since I do not know the content of the other LOR,what should I do in such a case?
Regards!
Thanks!
