Us phs "ready reserve"

Anyone know when applications will be available for the new us phs "ready reserve"?
I'm quite interested in investigating this. I'm already a member of my state's DMAT so security clearance should not be a holdup.

This is something I'm very interested in as well. I was told that the goal to complete the policy/guidelines was October 2010. I'm not sure where they are now but it gives you an idea of how ready they are to start (or not start) taking applications.
