hello im a canadian living in toronto im just wondering if anyone can help me find u.s schools that allow canadians to enter without taking the SAT's. eg. wayne state university in detroit has "good neighbour" policy where ontario residents pay the same in state tuition and dont have to take SAT'S. thanks
