Hey everyone, I have a situation where I do not know whether I want to apply for summer or fall 2014 at the University of St. Augustine. I was going to wait till I got my Bio 2 grade at the end of summer but would it be better to go ahead and send in the app to be earlier than later? I emailed admissions but they didn't give me any direction on what would be best to do.

Would it also be better to apply for summer to "get my foot in the door" so that if I were wait listed or denied at least now they know my name and will hopefully stick me in the fall class. I am ready to send it in but I just don't know if I should hold off and keep strengthening my application. Thanks y'all! 🙂

someone can correct me if i'm wrong, but from what i've heard from admissions and seen on this forum, it appears as though fall is most competitive. so i'd say apply for summer if you have everything ready to go. hope that helps! good luck!

Ya that's definitely true judging by the general opinion of everyone on the forum. It may be my best bet to just go ahead and submit everything and hope for the best! Thanks

Go ahead and apply now. If you get rejected, they'll consider you again for the fall class, which usually receives the most applicants. However, if you have more than two outstanding prerequisites, then I wouldn't apply.

I'd apply for the summer. You might want to double check but I talked to admission and the lady said you can apply with more than two outstanding prerequisites. Your application will be put on hold until you provide an updated transcript. It may be possible to apply now and then resend the transcript once the Bio 2 grade is available.
