Hi everyone. I did put this question long time ago on this forum when I was looking for a Pathology post here in UK. I am interested in knowing how could one compare training in Pathology in USA vs UK? One obvious point I know is that in UK you either train in Histopath, Haematology or CP. These are all seperate training programes while in USA these are all incorporated in Pathology training. Is there anyone who has experience in both countries?
I am interested in Pathology training in USA.
I have just started my 1st year post( Senior House Officer) in Histopathology. After this one has to carry on as a Speciality Registrar for 4.5 years before becoming a consultant.
