I totally say you do... especially if you have done your volunteer and internships for a long period of time and have a lot to say about your contributions to the organizations you're a part of. Try and get some experience working in a pharmacy. They asked me multiple questions about my experience at the interview. Your essays have a great bearing as well (e.g. personal statement and supplementary questions). You should at least get an interview. Once you have an interview, you've got your foot in the door. All you've got to do is nail it and you'll probably be one of the "accept immediately" people so long as you blow them away.

Thanks for giving my hope. Actually, I'm volunteering in Pharmacy Department at Loma Linda hospital. Is it considered as a pharmacy experience? I work with pharmacists and pharmacy techs. My overall GPA is 3.226. My science GPA is around 3.1 and I'll do a 10-week internship this summer with a drug company. Also, i'll be getting my BS is Biochemistry at UCR in Spring 07. I still need Anatomy, physiology, and micro bio and i'll finish them all by Spring 07. Do you recommend that i should do st else? And what makes a good personal statement?

I know i ask a lot of questions but i actually have more.... 😛

Thanks for helping me out.
