I think they just decided that
so, the interviews will probably extend until April
I don't think USC usually conduct interviews after March
However, the economy + USC dental reputation may have caused some applicants to drop out..
That being said..one more round mean 100- 120 more people...
THe chances of getting one is still not that high
It's better than nothing though

I got an interview from UBC; however, I didn't get accepted
I am from vancouver, and took Canadian DAT around Nov.
so, my DAT wasn't in until early January
My stat isn't that great either..
well similar to yours..if I recall
I have 3.3 GPA (3.7 on my last 90 credits, and 4.0 last year)
Since I only applied to UBC, Uop and USC..
yeah, USC is pretty much my last choice
Not going to be upset if I don't get in this year..
Will just apply early next round

wow good luck im sure you will do better. the more times u take the better u usually do. what are ur dat stats? im thinking i might apply to some canadian schools next cycle but im sure its hard for international students to get in since im from california.

UBC has the policy of taking the worst year off
so I end with 3.7 GPA..
However, 3.7 is only the average for all applicants
Entrance average is somewhere between 3.8-4.0
It's going to be a long battle for me
Just hope I can do better on DAT this time..
