Hi,

I have an interview at USC on 10/7 and was wondering how people on the East coast are getting there/where are they staying at an affordable price? I called and they said that dental school doesn't provide student hosts, and that sometimes students from the East coast just take really early flights and arrive at around 7 AM and leave that very day.

I wanted to do that, but there aren't any flights that arrive that early... . Could anyone recommend a hotel nearby, or if there is a possible way to get connected with a student there?

Thank you!

Hey,
I actually just arrived to LA from florida. My flight was about $382. I looked on the interview feedback and some stayed at vagabond in. Its right next to usc and is about a 10 min walk. They gave me an $80 rate per night because i mentioned USC. The hotel room is not fancy, but its clean and modest and im not complaining. Its not too bad for $80. To get there from airport, i made a reservation with supershuttle and was able to google for coupons. Im here the day before my interview, and plan on leaving the next day after my interview. I hope this helps, u are more than welcome to pm me if u have more questions.
