which school would you go?
I really liked columbia, but i'm from l.a.
only reason i would go to usc is to be close to my family.

USC

If you're going to practice in Cali after graduation,
then USC wins. Te power of USC network should be considered.

although it's wise to consider where you THINK you will practice down the road...don't choose a school for just that reason. go to the school you think you will do better in and where you will fit in better with the lifestyle, students, faculty, etc. because in the end, whichever dent school you choose has only a small impact as long as you do well in the school you chose.

Seriously, dont pick a school solely to be near friends and family. I mean its a different story if you have some extenuating circumstances or something, but if not, make sure you're picking USC because YOU want to be there. Not because your family wants you close by. Besides, its always a good experience to move away from your comfort zone and try something new. So basically, if family is the ONLY reason youre picking USC, i think thats a mistake. Don't get me wrong, if you have multiple reasons to pick USC, then go for it. Its a solid school. Otherwise, ill cya at Columbia in the fall 😉
