USC - pink sheet (snail mail package)

I have my first interview this Thursday at USC and I was wondering if anyone could share some info on what the pink sheet says about the PBL? I called the school today because my package still has not arrived and a lady said she would email me info on the PBL later today (and I never received an email). I'll call back tomorrow but I'm a little nervous about this...any insight would be great! Thanks, and good luck everyone!!!

Pink sheet is very simple. It asks you to look at this website http://www.usc.edu/hsc/dental/students/PBL2/ and then sign and date it to let admission know that you know some basics about pbl before arriving for an interview! The green one is the same as the secondary application attached to your invitation e-mail. Good luck on your interview!
