For those people who went to interview on the week of 10/05/2009, have you guys receive the post interview form? I heard the form was to reconfirm your interest in attending the school after experience their mock PBL session.

Is USC mailing the post interview form to every applicant who went to the interview?

Yes everyone gets it but not everyone returns it

Sorry guys, I know it's a old post.
But I really have an urgent question regarding this.

I attended USC interview back in October 14th. This contact form was sent to my house after my interview. But it was sent to my north cal home. (I currently live in So cal) Thus I didn't know that this form existed.

I just found out about the package today and the form reads "If you wish to remain on the potential student list and continue to receive consideration for acceptance, please complete the form"

Since I didn't complete and return this form after my interview, does that explain why I'm not hearing anything back from USC at this point?

Am I gonna lose my chances due to this stupid mistake?
I'm soooo sad right now! I wanna cry....:'(

i would send it to them now and be honest about what happened so they understand.

i would also call a week after you sent it to confirm they received it and also explain the situation then too.

On Dec. 1, people who did not return the forms were also accepted. So I am hoping that this was not the reason but I would definitely go ahead and call them today ASAP and try to remain to be considered.

They did mention about this form during the interview so I am surprised you did not found out about it earlier.. sorry to hear about that
