EVERYONE has "heard" the same exact things from 2 or 3 people about 5 years ago on this forum about USC and their pbl. I honestly like the idea of pbl, it seems more engaging and stimulating than sitting in a big lecture. Plus, they are cutting back on the pbl. It really depends on what your priorities are. If it is money, UMDNJ might be the way to go, IF you can get in-state tuition. But I don't know anything about UMDNJ, so I can't really comment on the school itself. If money doesn't matter for you, I would decide whether you want to live in LA or NYC more for four years. They are completely different cities. If you like the stimulation of a big city, NYC is a good choice. If you like good weather and a relaxed attitude, then LA might be good for you.

UMDNJ is a great school look up other threads and see what they say. Make a poll incase you want to verify that UMDNJ is a MUCH better choice than the USC from that "person" that preaches that you waste your $$$$ for no reason.
UMDNJ will also be the cheapest one which makes the MOST sense 🙂
thank you so much for helping me out, i was wondering why usc is a first choice for some people if its really bad??? why they say so many bad things about it, but i talked to couple of people in usc they were happy with it, i dont knowww
when it comes to resources: current students at usc >>>>> biased sdn.
I specifically remember one guy being very surprised at my usc interview that students seemed so much happier there than his last interview at umdnj. If they really hate the school so much, wouldn't students seem miserable there? Not saying usc is better than your other choices, but I do believe it's worth consideration.
