Just got an invite to USC (university of southern cal.)...Has anybody heard about this program???

The program director at my med school (one of the better Midwest psych programs) told me that USC was "historically not good," but now has a good chair, and "tons of resources." He said now is a good time to apply to USC if you're interested in Cali.

Can you elaborate on "tons of resources"? do you know anything about the psychotherapy training?

My school's residency director said that USC has a lot of $$ in their psych dept for research and what not; unfortunately, I did not ask him for any details (at the time he was just going thru my long list of potential programs to apply to).
