Question for anyone who has done this!

I picked up the DAT 2007-2008 Kaplan book (big one) for free from my library.

I am using it to study for the OAT.

Anyone do this?? The only thing different is it does not cover physics!

I used it for biology and general chemistry review. It seemed to have worked pretty well so far...I'm exclusively doing practice problems and tests now and I feel like it gave me most of what I need to know. I used Examkrackers for physics and I think it's pretty good.

Hi, I certainly agree with you. Your advice is really very helpful for us.
Thanks a lot!

July 4th hangovers DO NOT HELP!

I'm taking a Kaplan course right now, and I think the book is actually the same as the DAT (with the exception of the Physics & perceptual ability sections, obviously). The course is a combination of DAT/OAT, so if Kaplan thinks it's similar enough to hold a review together, I'm sure you'll be fine. Just pick up one of those suggested physics reviews and probably some practice OAT tests and you're set.

All the kaplan books for DAT, OAT, and MCAT are pretty much the same. DAT and OAT get the same book in the course with OAT getting physics and DAT getting Perceptual ability. The MCAT course review book is exactly the same as the OAT review book.

Oh and they have been the same for years now...my OAT note cards were identical to my brothers MCAT note cards (which are 5 years old).
