are the user interfaces for the actual Step 2 CK and USMLEWorld identical?

i've gotten into the habit of using the yellow highlighter function on USMLEWorld as i skim questions, and the grey marker to strike out bad answers.

will I be able to do the same things on the actual test, or is it slightly different? thank you

you can do the same thing on ck. maybe slightly different but i didn't have any trouble with it.
