Congrats! I also got into USF's DPT program for the class of 2024.

If anyone has question about USF ask away! I just finished my first semester as a DPT student there 🙂

Hey! That would be great! Can you tell us more about your decision process? What’s your favorite thing about the program? Anything you would change after one semester?

I was accepted to The university of Washing, West Virginia University and University of Indiana as well. USF stood out due to the location being in Tampa. Tampa is Beautiful and so much to do outside of class. USF was also the cheapest out of the 4. My favorite thing about the program are my classmates! We are all pretty similar so it’s nice to have a close knit group. I wouldn’t change anything after one semester. I didn’t struggle with class or have any problems so I thoroughly enjoy this program other than not being able to choose sports PT as one of my clinical rotations!

Thanks for the info! Do you not get to choose the type of clinical rotation?

The first clinical rotation is Outpatient Orthopedic, second clinical has to be inpatient and then third clinical can be outpatient or inpatient of your choice but has to involve medically complex cases.
