Using 2014 UWorld to study for step 1

So I was able to "purchase" the 2014 UWorld and I'm wondering if it's a good idea to use it to learn the material until January, that's when I'll purchase the UWorld 6 months prescription. UWorld from 3 years ago will probably just have some minor changes to the question stems right?

I hate using FA to study for Boards and prefer learning from questions.
