Are you guys using a standard template for your CS patients like "PAMHUGSFOSSS" or are you guys just coming up with questions specific for the situation? I plan on roughly following a template and adding whatever questions I can think up off the top of my head. I know I might miss a lot, but if I don't have any structure - its easy to freak out and miss a ton of stuff. Any good idea on how to structure your encounters and not miss too much stuff?
It is ridiculous to expect us to ask ALL of the questions listed in the FA for each situation. That would be a huge effort, which by most accounts I hear the CS doesn't require.
