I have been researching area job openings using BLS, OES found at the end of the Dentist page, the Employees per Thousand Workers found in the OES information page also at the bottom of the Dentist description page, and finally discovered "JOLTS" all from the BLS site.
I am having trouble understanding the thousand per workers number, but I assume it means how many dentist per thousand of workers. It list the top 5 highest concentration of dentists as a good thing, but I want to find the lowest concentrations of dentist per thousand workers because of how cities are saturated.
I also am trying to figure out from JOLTS how to display Dentist in particular to find their hiring and separation rate if someone here is able to help me. As you can see, this would be extremely useful to know since you can see which areas both metropolitan and non metropolitan areas have the most vacant spots available. Is someone able to help me?
