Using mcat flashcards for BIO/GC/OC to study DAT??

Does anybody know if using the mcat flashcards for bio/gc/oc are helpful for the DAT? I borrowed them from a friend but not sure if it's worth it to go through them. pls reply only if you used them or heard anything about them. thanks!
