hey all,

is there a way to use Pubmed/Blast to show whether there are are any restriction sites (for Eco R1) on a DNA sequence?

need to find out whether EcoR1 will cut at any point on my DNA sequence - if so, I can't use this restriction enzyme

thanks 🙂

I'm pretty sure BLAST will not do this for you. I've used this site successfully: http://rna.lundberg.gu.se/cutter2/index.html
