My best friend gave me the RxPrep book from 2007. I will be graduating this year. Do you think I should buy the 2011 version or you think it will be okay to study off of this old version. I also have the 2011 APhA review, the 2011 Kaplan review, 2011 Lange Q&A to practice when I finish reviewing, and also the 2010 Prontopass review.

My plan is to study the APhA first, then run over the Kaplan one, and when I'm done, I will do the practice test and the Lange Q&A. THe prontopass will also be a good way of reviewing the material in a different format and great to take on the go.

Any thoughts?

I have both 2011 editions of APhA and RxPrep and if you use the 2011 APhA book, you will definitely pass. APhA book is very in detail about each disease state. I wouldn't worry about getting RxPrep since you already have the APhA book. But if you just want it just to have it, buy the 2011 version since it will have the lastest additions with the new drugs.
