Your primary app goes to every school that you select so technically yes, they will "know" what you sent to other schools. However, when you get secondary essays for specific schools then only that school will see how you answer those essay and the prompts for each school are different.

In the primaries prior to submission, can I use the same answer for the same question when the schools are different? Example hypothetical: Can I use same answer if both DUQCOM and AZCOM ask why do I want to be an osteopathic physician?

I just ask because I'm wondering if they can see how I answered for other schools and I don't want to come off as lazy lol.

I think you are referring to secondary essays.
At least some of you secondary essay content should make it clear that you know something about this particular school and its priorities and strong points
