using usmle world as a study tool!?

can i start using usmle world after each section i end for evaluation ? or it is better to end all courses from kaplan then start it? as i fear if i start it now later i didnt get real predictive values for how my performance will be in real exam! what u think? please help

I tried using US as a study tool and it did not work very well. I would not recommend doing this at all. I think it's best to read the material and try questions once you feel you know the material fairly well. Then, you can do questions to see which sections you're doing well and poorly in and focus on the secitons you're struggling with. Of course, you can learn from the explanations in UW, but I don't like UW as a study tool. My suggestion is read First Aid and Deja and then do questions from Q-Bank (though most people like UW).
