Doing it randomly in timed mode is the best and most accurate way of assessing your performance. But it won't hurt if you go about doing the whole Q bank subject wise as the whole idea is to understand the concepts. Whatever you do make copious notes of the questions that you answered wrongly and mark them so that you can redo them later
