Hey, just wondering if there are any released USMLE step 1 exams out there for purchase?? or any actual test questions?? any help appreciated.

Yes, they are the "NBME __" exams people talk about. 4 timed blocks of 50 old retired USMLE Step 1 questions, no answers, no explanations, but an assessment at the end telling you what your score is and how you did in various areas.
