No, it doesn't.

If you are a EU graduate you need to pass the Fachsprachprüfung (Equivalent of USMLE Step2CS) to get your Approbation
If you are a non-EU graduate you need to pass both the Fachsprachprüfung and Kenntnisprüfung (Equivalent of USMLE Step2CK) to get your Approbation
