So I took USMLE CK on August 31st. I have the USMLE CS on October 22nd. I am wondering if anyone has feedback on materials used to pass this test. So far I have First Aid, and Kaplan USMLE CS Complex cases book.

First Aid and Kaplan's CS books are both good quality. I personally thought First Aid had the potential to sucker people into getting too detailed, and as a result run out of time. It's one thing to understand the routine that the books outline, but the best way to study for CS is to actually practice cases with someone. Getting your timing down is as important as it gets, here.

Then just practice a patient note based on the cases in the back. I knew I was ready for that part when I was typing full patient notes in around five minutes.
