I'm new to the forum and had a question regarding the USMLE. If there are any UK grads here, it would be helpful to hear from you as well.
Down to the question then. I will be starting my Foundation Programme (FY1) in August and have only recently been interested in training in the states after I complete my foundation here in the UK. Is it feasible to study and sit for the USMLE step 1 during FY1? I have heard a lot of things like how it's terribly difficult and about how people take loads of time off to sit for it and was wondering if anyone here has prepared for and been successful all while working?😕
