Hi friends,
My brother is preparing for usmle step 1 ,Last week he scored 180 on practice tests, he is studying at home for 1 year, He he very sad and depressed , please help me he want to increase his score , please let me know what works for you all ?

i'm currently still studying.
this is what i do:
i finished pathoma and filled out my FA
currently, i watch DIT for 3 hours a day and do Uworld and fill out my FA with Uworld notes

Is he an american medical student? Or is he a foreign medical graduate? And does he speak english?

180 on which practice test? NBME CBSSA?
