i'm a DO student preparing to take USMLE Step I and have becoming painfully aware about my inadequate preparation in molecular biology as I've been doing Qbank. can anyone recommend a good review book? thanks!

I hear the USMLE is becoming more molecular bio-oriented; at least judging by some of the posts in this forum. Does this mean I should be studying molecular pathways of pathology (inflammation, repair, neoplasia) with the goal of remembering them, eg all the lipoxygenases, cyclooxygenases?

I really liked High Yield Cell & Molecular Biology. I think it will prepare you for at least most of the questions and give you enough background knowledge to kinda reason through the impossible ones they like to throw at people.
