USMLE Practice Material not Mac compatible?

Sorry if this has been discussed ad nauseam, but I spent about 15 minutes searching through old threads and didn't find anything definitive (except people talking about usmle compatibility and their Gbooks . . . ), so:

Is it really possible that the USMLE Practice Materials aren't compatible on a Mac? How could this be? Is this 2005?

I just took the practice test at a testing center and want to go over the questions. Is there any work around, like a pdf that just lists the questions?

Is this the same thing as the free 150 (or 138)? if so, then yes, there is a PDF. starts on page 23 of this:

Some of it's the same, but some of it's not.

Kaplan has the answers to the test I'm talking about, they don't include the stems.
