I was browsing the USMLE website today and ran across their free practice material. I decided to go ahead and take the free test they have available, but I was wondering how close these free questions resemble STEP 1. The reason I ask is because I thought the questions were fairly easy. Anyone else feel this way?

I decided to go ahead and take the free test they have available, but I was wondering how close these free questions resemble STEP 1. The reason I ask is because I thought the questions were fairly easy. Anyone else feel this way?

I took Step 1 last month. The 150 questions are easier than the real thing, but I still recommend you go over the explanations. The best questions are the NBME self assessment tests. Forms 2 and 3 most closely resembled the type of questions that I had on Step 1. Good luck.👍
