I have got

first aid
kaplan videos and course books
kaplan q bank
goljan rapid review
goljan audio

how many passes through the material should I be aiming for?
My test isn't until the end of the year/early 2013, but until june ill be studying concurrently with my school exams ie won't be able to give full attention to usmle prep. any other sources i should be using

from june onwards ill be lashing into it though, just wondering how many passes through the above material i should be aiming for.

My school also doesnt teach to usmle (im in ireland) so i'll be playing catch up in some subjects, biochem and micro in particular, pharm also is a bit deficient.

USMLE World is the gold standard question bank that most people use.

First Aid + USMLE World are the central components of most people's Step 1 studying.

If you mosey on down to the Step 1 forum, there will be plenty of advice for studying, especially for IMGs.

What are you doing from June until the exam? Studying full time?

Use Pathoma instead of Goljan Audio and Rapid Review. It's also not a bad idea to use two qbanks: use Kaplan during the school year and then use USMLE World for Step I studying
