there is no ranking out there because most schools don't make this information public. I remember one school where I interviewed that said "we are always top-3 in usmle score," but I think this was total bs.
keep in mind that your school has virtually nothing to do with your usmle score. better schools tend to average higher because they admit better students, not because of something about the school itself.
for US grads, step-1 is the most important for residency. some programs want step-2 scores as well, but many ms4's don't take step-2 until midway or late in 4th year, so residency programs don't see their scores (most of the time).
If you are an IMG, both steps 1 and 2 must be passed before you can get ECFMG certification and enter the match.
