Does anyone know if there's any merit to the Rx score prediction? I just did about 600 of their qs over the last two days (med+hard and random/timed), and it's given me a projected score of 208.

Lol Rx predicted me at 262 and I scored nowhere near that. I wouldn't put stock into it. Rx questions, even the med/hard ones, are easy and straightforward compared to UWorld and the real deal.

I averaged about 67% on UWorld. Maybe I just don't know First Aid well enough?

even UW average correlation is not great in predicting the score.
To get an estimate of your score do an NBME
I'm doing Rx and UW simultaneously, and before starting them I did an NBME after the 1st run and kaplan Qbank.
needless to say the 3 banks averages predict scores all over the right side of the curve, but the nbme gave me a number which I trust I'm around currently.
I averaged about 67% on UWorld. Maybe I just don't know First Aid well enough?
That is around 238, a 30 point difference between it and Rx, so which one to trust?
my score was more proximal to UW but not fairly accurate.
I'd say you're around 220+ if it was the same as my case.
I think you can reason fairly good but you tend to forget facts, do FA more and remember that the step is about mechanism and understanding not about remembering mere facts, even though it factors in.

With my test in a couple days, I think I'd freak out if I did a NBME and scored low.

Honestly i think UWORLD is more predictive of your score, but the best predictor is the actual NBME exams for sureeee.

I just bought USMLE Rx and I can honestly care less about it's predictions I just really wanted it for the medium/hard level questions so I can just get as much possible exposure to questions in general for the exam.

I used Uworld primarily for it's explanations (not gonna lie I got sick of reading the explanations so I just read educational objective for alottt of them lol). I annotated heavily from Uworld into my FA and Pathoma books. THAT's what Uworld is for to be honest.

Use Uworld question bank for additional notes and to give you a boost in scoring on actual exams (i.e., the notes help alotttt).
Use NBMEs as your prediction guide.
Use usmle Rx if you can at the medium/hard level questions so that you are literally engraving FA into your brain. It doesn't hurt to have an extra 1500 questions or whatever added to your arsenal heading into the exam.

Thanks guys. I just had my test. I'll do a writeup once my score is released. I ended up completing all 3 qbanks once and ran through FA thrice in the past month. I expect low 200s since I'm not a particularly good tester.
