I want to buy a QBank for use during my coursework. I can get Rx for about $99, and Kaplan's for about $209. I've heard mixed things about Kaplan in general, and didn't like their MCAT prep material I used. Which one of these would be better for using to solidify concepts along with my courses?

If you can get RX for 99 anytime, go with Kap for your classes. RX just helps hammer home FA, and since Kap is a little more detailed, it'd be more helpful for classes.

RX discount is just for a couple days...

I've just heard that the Kaplan questions are a little off in terms of truly representing board style questions and typically go more in detail. For just coursework, however that might not be too bad. Of course a little board prep is good too, even this early on.

Then the obvious choice is Rx, but you know you'll need to do more than just that.

Honestly I would go with Rx. I did both and Kaplan had a tendency to ask really weird, esoteric questions, especially on micro. I didn't even end up finishing Kaplan. If I could do it again I would stick with Rx and then of course UW when you're ready for that Qbank.

Kaplan Qbank is terrible. Rx is what you need. The "it only rehashes FA" stuff is BS.
