There are lots of threads on this, look around a bit. Also, there are plenty of practice tests, which one are you talking about?

not the nbme tests, but the free 150 questions practice test on the usmle website...

Agree w/ myrtle. Lots of threads on this. General consensus that it's easier than the real thing. But, seems to be a good place to start for many.
