one of the MSIII's at my school sent out his study advice after doing really well. He said once classes got out he used 1 week to listen to Goljan in the mornings (4-5 hours) then in the afternoon's focused on his weaker areas/questions. If you did the lectures over 7 days it would be around 5 hours a day without breaks of listening. Then weeks 2-4 he worked through DIT daily and finally did 5 days of FA final run before taking his exam.
I'm doing DIT and will listen to Goljan on areas I'm weaker in during my pre-DIT study week but have also been listening to them throughout the year so I have listened to everything at least once and many lectures 2-3x. They are great for driving or using while you get ready- I haven't been able to do them while exercising though- I can't focus.
