I searched all over the internet foreverrr (by which I mean like 15min, hello I'm step studying here) and I can't seem to find a compiled list of errors/mistakes in the book USMLE Step 1 Secrets.

Specifically, I'm struggling to understand wtf is going on in the vWD case in the bleeding disorders chapter of the 3rd edition. (It mentions hemarthosis and then contradicts itself two paragraphs later)

Anyone in the know?
