just began studying for usmle step 1,
i am an img,now in US ...lokking for good advice on books and materials to start.

read through the post entitled "Compiled Step 1 experinces" and through all the toher posts where people post their experience. A lot of people talk about how they prepared and what they found usefull. Just read through as many posts on this forum as you can. Good luck!
