I heard from one of my professors today US medical students will no longer be required to take Step 2 CS. Does anyone know any information about this???
I heard that incoming freshmen will not be required to take it, however, I have not seen it in print. I just came back from an AAMC meeting and one of the topics was an NBME update. The speaker said nothing of the sort. In fact, he said that price for the [insert any negative adjective]test will likely go up, but stay around the $1000 mark.
