To whom may it concern,
i would like somebody to guide me in the usmle journey.
1) Carribean med student
2) usa college graduate,
3)failed step 1 twice last score 71%
4) passed CS and did 1 year of clinical rotation.
4) studied for 2 years (8 to 12 hours a day ) 5 days in a week..
5) did kaplan live prep , center prep (video), kaplna Qbank twice , red kapln lecture notes 4 times. usmle world 3 times, first aid rx twice , goljan read once, listen 4 times, (oragan system bord simulator series, robins review of pathologyq 2x), First aid over 10 times
(fa qbook, kaplan q book twice), pass video twice, web path once. and while in med school did brs for all the subject in basic science. I am trying my best and try to take advice from people around me .. the vast majority of resource i have used did not helped me . my nbme score 2 weeks ago still 176 which is the same score i have recieved last year when i take my exam .
Please some body guide me and show me what i am doing wrong. i am open to any suggestion. thank you.

Only thing I can think of is you memorize and don't understand concepts. If you understood more concepts especially after 2 years then you would pass.

Here's a tip for you. Throw everything away. Pick up first aid and cram the hell out of it. Now give your step1.
