Step I USMLE step1

I am an international student from Egypt, and I have 3 months left till my step1 exam date.
I was wondering if First aid, UWorld and NBME's were enough to score around 230-240, and if the time period was enough for that. Moreove, what other tips could I use to boost up my score? Thanks!
