I am an old IMG graduated at 2005 ,working full time , I haven't practiced medicine for last 2- 3 years . I want get back to clinical practice once again . I tried on self study with Kaplan , FA and Uworld and didnt make it through . Do anyone here recommend me doing the USA online course or Pass Program online course or any other online courses or just erase my dream to practice once again . thank you

I disagree, for IMGs, it's different, you can't just do "UFAP" and get the score you want.
The PASS Notes are really good if you can correlate it with UWorld, it's just difficult for most students to do that. Plus, there are a lot of explanations down to the basic concepts of how different diseases work and how to organize your thought process, so it's a lot easier to understand, as opposed to blind memorization.
