Step II USMLE vs COMLEX step 2 (written)

I found that for step 1, the USMLE and COMLEX tests were pretty different. The USMLE focused more on biochem, lab tests, and 2+ step questions; while COMPLEX focused more on clinical symptoms and straight-forward (yet vague) questions. My question is, are the big differences like these in Step 2 of USMLE and COMLEX?
