Do you have to take the COMLEX if you already plan to take the USMLE to get into an allopathic residency?

If you go to an osteopathic school you have the OPTION of taking USMLE, but you HAVE to pass all three COMLEX exams! But it's worth it because I'm so much better with my hands now😉 .
