USMLE World difficulty similar to real thing?

Hey everyone, can those who took CK comment on how hard the actual exam was relative to USMLE World? Is UW harder, easier, or about the same?

I thought it was very similar, well-balanced in terms of difficulty. I felt most questions were straightforward and of easy/medium difficulty with the occasional hard-ish or tricky question. The length of most question stems also felt about UW average, give or take a few lines.
