USMLE world @ End of Term 2?

I will get a six week break at the end of my second term and I will have Anatomy, Biochemistry, Histology, Physiolology, Parasitology, Immunology and Neuroscience.

Should I buy USMLE world for the summer and just do practice questions? Any recommendations?

Wait, are you a first year? If you are, you're crazy. You don't use a Q-bank at the end of your first year, especially USMLEWORLD. Save it for later when you really need the review, like 3-6 months before the boards, not 18 months before the boards.

Go away and enjoy your 6 week break so you don't burn out. Relax, get a tan because this is the last extended break you will ever have in your life. Stop studying for a while and forget that you are a medical student. Stay away from the USMLE forums too.

I started it at the beginning of my 2nd year. I should have waited until the last couple of months. Instead, I should have used USMLErx and Kaplan to do practice questions.

Pretest and BRS should be fine for now. Especially since you haven't completed any path.
